IT'S A DOG'S WORLD!

HUBBIE & I HAVE BEEN IN DOG TRAINING.....
we have a precious ( bossy..dog) named MiMI..
She has been more work then my 8 kids when they were little!
Sooooo we signed up for Dog Training and "wala" !!
We found out that we needed to be trained not MiMi. We needed to set up rules, and commands.. (imagine that!)
Thanks to the unbelievable teacher Miss Rogers.. we are on the right path.. headed in the right direction.. and MiMi is wondering why her world changed!
LESSONS: PETSMART

MIMI'S THINKING    "THEY WANT ME TO DO WHAT?'

Time out for Memorial Day.. and Memories

Remembering the one's we love.... is a great opportunity to share that love with grandkids.
We are at the Old Heber City grave site... I have three of my grandchildren cleaning the gravesite as I tell them stories about Grandma.  One thing my Mother loved to do in the cool evening many years ago was to pick her friend up from work.  They would have a cold coke and peanuts and drive thru the cementary hoping the sprinkling system would be on so they could get a car wash... I would set in the back seat( nor seat belts then) and be a happy little girl... thinking my Mom was the GRRReast Mom in the World!

Wasn't it yesterday when they were small?

I Can't believe how the years have passed by...I have 4- Grandaughter's and a exchange student graduating this year!  We are missing one wonderful granddaughter in the photo, she couldn't get off work for our little family gathering ( she is going into Nursing and she will be a very special one!)

Is this the little girl I carried,
                                            I don't remember growing older,
                                                         When did they?

When did she get to be a beauty
Wasn't it yesterday when they were small?

                                                         Sunrise, sunset
                                                   Swiftly flow the days.

                                           Seedlings turn overnight to sunflowers,
                                                  Blossoming even as we gaze.

                                                     Sunrise, sunset
                                                    Swiftly fly the years,
                                             One season following another,
                                              Laiden with happiness and tears.

What words of wisdom can I give them,
How can I help to ease their way?

My Words of Wisdom would be:
to stay true to your values
and never forget as you experience the world..
you have a family who love's you!
